I'm still Here!

Yup, i know it's been a while. sorry to all my friends out there who have been checking this page only to find that it hasn't been updated in over a month.

I've been up to loads:
- Wales 07-09APR07
- Italy 18-26APR07
- Team Paintballing 27APR07
- Glasgow 10-13MAY07

... and of course, catching up on work, grocery shopping, housekeeping and preparing for my sister's visit from 23MAY07 - 13JUN07! Her classmate will also be coming over but on a later date. As such, i've been racking my brains over their itinerary (trying to balance both work and showing them around).

My calendar is literally packed till August 07. Let's give you a preview:

- Sis Visiting 23MAY-13JUN07
- Scotland Tour with Sis and Ruisi 07-10JUN07
- Dear coming down to London 16-28JUN07
- Scotland Again + Dear's Graduation 28JUN - 04JUL07
- Trip Back to Singapore 2-3 weeks in Late JUL/ Early AUG07
- Switzerland Trip with Peili (late AUG07)

and on the work side of things, there's still so much to be done! there hasn't been much processing in pilot so i've been concentrating on the Admin and GMP support stuff but it'll start to get busy next week when the 400L stirred pilot campaign begins and i'm in-charge of transferring 3 cell lines to manufacturing by end2007. my training in DSP has completely come to a halt because of shutdown and there is only one facility running at the moment - too many hands, too little work. my trainer had the NERVE to say that there is no excuse that i'm not up to mark in column packing in front of my new manager at the first meeting with him. Freak! Hello?!!! if u haven't realised, i've been in pilot for 3 months now and my training on the matrix is still above all the rest? for the first month in pilot i came in on weekends to train with DSP?!! The amount of Time-in-lieu i have speaks for itself. Hello, where is the justice?! i've packed more columns in pilot than i have in DSP. sigh... nvm, i will have a heart attack if i continue. will discuss all my objectives with my manager next week when we meet one-to-one.

Anyway, i'm really glad Martin took over Dave's job. Both of them are really brilliant though they have different work styles. i'm looking forward to working closely with Martin and speaking to him about my progress forward/projects etc.
