I don't have the gift of the Gab

Sometimes, i hate myself for being so honest. i can't help being frank - better than to beat around the bush or leave people guessing. cut the chase, period. Most of the time, i don't really think about speaking tactfully. guess, i could do with some practice.

Kenny says that tactlessness is a subset of honesty. i disagree.
This is what i think the situation is:

Honest = Frank

Pink: These people are diplomatic, always speaking in politically correct terms. They tell u the truth, even though it may hurt, and speak with gentle/subtle words.
Green: These people speak their minds but their tactlessness may lead to misunderstandings.
Yellow: These people are both tactful and tactless and neither honest nor dishonest. I suppose they just tell half-truths all the time. They confuse the hell out of me and they're probably just really messed up.
Orange: Think these are pple who make mistakes and then try and cover up/ justify them using their superb social skills.
Blue: Hopeless cases. Not only are they dishonest, they are also tactless. In some way, they deserve my sympathy because they probably wouldn't be able to defend or speak for themselves in a manner that wouldn't just blow everything up further when they're being questioned for their dishonesty.
Black: Dishonest and sometimes tactful or tactless. I have no idea...
Red X: That's me. Honest but sometimes tactful or tactless. as i said, i need practice with tact. it'll do me good someday and perhaps get me out of trouble. haha~

p/s: This is a really messed up diagram and i wrote this in a minute without much thought. so please, don't run me down with your comments but i'm open for discussion. Just sthg to think about i guess.
